All users connect to the centrally hosted PBX via a connection to The WebCall network which can be a standard ADSL , Diginet
Microwave or Metro Ethernet link allowing users to be geographically dispersed.
No matter where the phones are calls between phones and users are free of charge
Inbound customer calls will flow to the user or multiple users based on your criteria which can be changed instantly via the
web interface for the account. There is no limit to the number of users or concurrent calls.
Outbound calls will be sent to WebCall where they will be routed to the dialled party landline or mobile using direct interconnects with all major South African and international Telecommunications operators.
